Completion of this registration form acts as a contract between Wimbledon Fashion Week and the designer. Please read, complete and sign the below Registration Form.

• Registration: We request that designers return this contract within 7 working days of receipt.

• Models: We provide with a range of diverse and inclusive models, or you may use your own model.

• Media Release: Designers must allow Wimbledon Fashion Week to use their image for promotional material. Please submit your signed Designer Release Form, below.

• Hair + Makeup: We provide hair stylist and makeup artists for each model including guest models brought by designers.

• Backstage Access: Only designers, models, assistants, hair stylists and makeup artists, WSFW Media and Styling Teams are allowed backstage access.

• Music: We will provide music for the overall event and for the catwalk shows.

• Staging Area + Dressing Room: We provide staging area + dressing room and assistants. You are responsible for your designs/looks. Please keep the area clean, bagging all rubbish, and double-checking to ensure nothing is left behind as Wimbledon Fashion Week is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Photographs + Videos: Wimbledon Sustainable Fashion Week has a team of professional photographers and videographers who capture photos and video of every show. All Wimbledon Fashion Week runway photos, imagery and video content that are used for social media content, print and or marketing purposes must credit both the photographer and Wimbledon Fashion Week. Video and images are made available to designers after Wimbledon Fashion Week at no charge.

Marketing/Promotions

Provide bio, designer approved image, logo and up to 4 images for pre-event promotion and inclusion in any Wimbledon Fashion Week marketing to promote the event.

Video introduction of each designer for promotional purposes. 15 to 30 seconds is perfect. Share the time and day of your show and end it with something fun and inclusive to motivate people to Join the Fashion Revolution

We expect all designers to share any content that Wimbledon Fashion Week tags them in to promote the event and to

also tag Wimbledon Fashion Week in any promo content that they create in the lead up to and on the show days.Show dates: 12/09/25

Fashion Shows & Showrooms

Designers are required to:

• Provide 10 to 12 full looks to showcase on the catwalk. If sizing is limited please let the team know as soon as possible.

• Every designer must arrive to Wimbledon Quarter for 8:30am on the day of their shows. Arrive with all the looks ready for the styling team. Parking will be available at a reduced rate.

• Designers are invited to join us to style their collections 4-hours prior to their show time. Designers must also be present for the end of their catwalk slot to collect their product promptly

• Included in you designer registration fee designers are provided with Showroom space to promote their brands and sell merchandise on the weekend . Stalls must be fully staffed at all times. Please bring your own card reader and promotional material. We will provide with table (180cms x 60cms) and chairs. Please note Show Rooms cannot be shut down prior to the publicised closing time.
